- 1 medium yellow onion
- The top of one bunch of cilantro from grocery store
- 3 garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lime Juice
- 2 tbsp Chipotle seasoning

Mix all in blender to consistency you like &amp; chill.
